ZUSAMMENFASSUNG / Die Präsentation erläutert, wie Netzparität (Grid Parity) den globalen PV-Markt verändert. Sinkende PV-Kosten ermöglichen zunächst Eigenverbrauch ohne Förderung, später Kraftwerksbetrieb zu Marktpreisen. Treiber sind Strompreise, Einstrahlung, Investitions- und Finanzierungskosten. Auch bei Netzparität bleiben Regulierung, Netzanschluss und verlässliche Rahmenbedingungen entscheidend. Eigenproduktion schafft neue Marktrollen für Prosumenten, Stadtwerke, IT- und Speicherindustrie, besonders in Ländern mit schwachen Netzen. Standardisierung senkt Kosten und Risiken. Für Exportstrategien sind sonnenreiche Märkte mit hohem Eigenverbrauchspotenzial attraktiv. Schlüssel für den Erfolg sind Systemintegration, neue Geschäftsmodelle und Kooperation zwischen dezentralen und zentralen Akteuren.

ABSTRACT / The presentation explains how grid parity will transform global PV markets. Falling PV costs will first enable self-consumption without subsidies and later power plant operation at market prices. Key drivers include electricity prices, solar irradiation, investment, and financing costs. Even with grid parity, regulation, grid access, and reliable framework conditions remain crucial. Self-production creates new market roles for prosumers, municipal utilities, the IT and storage industries, especially in countries with weak grids. Standardisation reduces costs and risks. For export strategies, sunny markets with high self-consumption potential are attractive. Success will depend on system integration, new business models, and cooperation between decentralised and centralised actors.
