ZUSAMMENFASSUNG / Der Autor fordert in neun Thesen eine grundlegende Neuausrichtung der Entwicklungspolitik Europas. Angesichts von Umweltzerstörung, wachsender Ungleichheit und ökonomischer Konzentration müsse ein neues, bedürfnisorientiertes und ökologisch verantwortliches Entwicklungsmodell entstehen. Regionale Eigenständigkeit, lokale Wirtschaftskreisläufe und ein respektvoller Umgang mit Natur und Ressourcen seien zentrale Voraussetzungen. Statt zentralistischer Steuerung brauche es handlungsfähige, demokratische Regionen, die Stadt und Land neu verbinden. Flexible Produktion, angepasste Technik und partizipative Politik sollen soziale und ökologische Verantwortung verknüpfen und Europas Zukunft dezentral gestalten.

ABSTRACT / The author's nine theses call for a fundamental reorientation of Europe’s development policy. Confronted with environmental destruction, growing inequality, and economic concentration, he advocates a new model based on human needs and ecological responsibility. Regional autonomy, local economic cycles, and a respectful relationship with nature are key conditions. Instead of centralized control, he envisions empowered, democratic regions that reconnect cities and countryside. Flexible production, appropriate technologies, and participatory governance should link social and ecological responsibility, enabling a decentralized and sustainable path for Europe’s future.
